What is it?

The platform eAgenda is a system for managing appointments. Allows the creation of schedules with customizable days and hours of service. Each schedule has a personalized link that can be shared with the interested public so that each person can make their appointment. In addition to making appointments online, people can, if necessary, change or cancel the appointment according to the rules you establish. See below a summary of some features.

Types of Service

You can set up calendars for online service, using our integration with Google Meet or Zoom to automatically generate the video conference link. You can also set up calendars for in-person service, with the option to configure service at your address or home service.

Scheduling Rules

Allows configuring rules such as maximum and minimum advance booking time (e.g., being able to schedule between 1 day and 20 days in advance), limit on the number of appointments in each time slot (e.g., 2 people per slot between 8 AM and 12 PM and 4 people per slot between 2 PM and 6 PM), as well as initial and final available dates or automatically blocking the calendar on holidays.

The appointment form is customizable, allowing you to select the fields available in the system or even include fields with editable text so that you can obtain the necessary information easily during the appointment booking process.

Integrations

We provide integrations with Google Calendar to track appointments through the app, and with Google Meet and Zoom for video conferencing. For in-person service, we have integration with the Meu Atendimento Virtual platform. It is also possible to generate an embed link for direct scheduling on your site.

You can create notification rules for automated sending of customized messages for appointment confirmations, reminders about upcoming appointments, thank you messages if the person attended, or notifications about no-shows for scheduled times.

It is possible to configure appointment limits in various ways, from a technical limit based on the IP address of the appointment to something more specific, such as a limit on appointments for a specific person or blocking limits for new appointments for users who did not attend a scheduled time.

Our subscription plans take into account the monthly number of appointments made. Additionally, you can include additional features or expand your plan limits by adding extra users, units, or accounts.

Payments can be made via PIX, boleto, or credit card for any subscription plan.
For notification packages, which are released immediately, we only accept payment via credit card or through your PayPal account.

You do not need to request an invoice. Electronic invoices are automatically generated after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification when it is ready, and you can also find the invoices within your plan area.

On the platform, we have the concept of "unit," which is a way to group your schedules. Each "unit" has its own scheduling link and a list of schedules related to them. Additionally, each "unit" can have its own address.

In addition to your main account, which can have multiple users and calendars, you can create "sub-accounts" to better separate access and calendars. In this configuration, the administrator of a "sub-account" can only configure the calendars of that sub-account, without access to other "sub-accounts" within your main account.
